Mozzarella Monkey Bread

Ingredients
- 120ml warm water (47C)
-1 1/8 teaspoon yeast
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-175grams all purpose flour
-1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 cup warm water (115 degrees F)
-1 tablespoon butter
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes)
Method
1. Using a stand mixer, combine water, yeast and sugar. let it sit for 10 minutes till it get foamy. Add flour and olive oil mix briefly using the dough hooker. using the mixer, knead it for 10 minutes on medium speed,
2. Shape the dough into a bowl, cover using a cling wrap and let the dough rise for an hour. i let my dough rest inside the microwave (switching it off)
3. Lightly flour the surface, i cut my dough into 8 pieces. wrap mozzarella cheese cube into the dough and shape it into a ball.
4. Once all done, i put all my 8 pieces of dough inside an aluminium tray and let it rise for 15 minutes before baking.
5. Preheat the oven to 200C and prep the garlic butter by microwaving the butter until melted, and stirring in the garlic powder. Brush the knots with the garlic butter.
6.Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven, until lightly golden on top.
