honey sriracha chicken

Ingredients

-6 pieces of mid joint chicken wing sections

-1 teaspoon salt

-1/2 teaspoon black pepper

-1 tablespoon baking powder

Method

1. Coat wings, and bake at 200C, turning every 15-20 minutes, until they are browned and crispy. Total cooking time will be about half an hour, but that depends on the size and temperature of your wings.

For the Honey Sriracha glaze:

1/4 cup (60ml) honey

1/4 cup (60ml) Sriracha

1 tbsp vinegar

1/4 tsp sesame oil

1. Mix honey, sriracha, vinegar and sesame oil
