Worcestershire sauce (Takoyaki Sauce)

Ingredients:-
1 cup (250 ml) of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of tamarind water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup sweet soy sauce
2 inch of ginger (thinly slice)
2 cloves of garlic (thinly slice)
Method:-
Mix everything inside a pot, simmer it till thicken.
Before transferring it to empty container, straining the sauce through a fine sieve.
Let the sauce cool down for about 10-20 minutes before transferring.
This sauce can last for 1 month, refrigrate when not in use.
