One Pan Pasta

Ingredients:-

  • 150 grams of spaghetti

  • 2 teaspoon of olive oil

  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)

  • 3 cloves of garlic (slice)

  • 3 small tomato cherry (cut into half)

  • a few pieces of basil leaves

  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 2 cups of water

Method:-

Combine pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlicbasil, oil, salt, pepper and water in a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil mixture, stirring and turning pasta frequently with tongs, until pasta is cook and water has nearly evaporated, about 9 minutes. Serve with oil and Parmesan.
