Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:-

113 grams of bittersweet chocolate

75 grams of butter

2 eggs

75 grams of sugar

40 grams of all purpose flour

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Method:-

  • Preheat oven to 180º C

  • Melt chocolate and butter (microwave for 3 minutes till everything melt and mix evenly)

  • Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy (about 5 minutes)

  • Add vanilla essence to the egg mixture

  • Add chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well till even

  • Lastly, fold in the flour little by little till everything combined

  • Brush the ramekins with softened butter

  • Pour the mixture inside the ramekins and chilled for 15 minutes inside the fridge

  • Bake for 11 minutes
