Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:-
113 grams of bittersweet chocolate
75 grams of butter
2 eggs
75 grams of sugar
40 grams of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Method:-
Preheat oven to 180º C
Melt chocolate and butter (microwave for 3 minutes till everything melt and mix evenly)
Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy (about 5 minutes)
Add vanilla essence to the egg mixture
Add chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well till even
Lastly, fold in the flour little by little till everything combined
Brush the ramekins with softened butter
Pour the mixture inside the ramekins and chilled for 15 minutes inside the fridge
Bake for 11 minutes
